the satisfying taste of a day well spent

I went shopping for the first time in a long time.

And I mean shopping. None of that window shopping business. I actually bought stuff.

I spent way more than I should have on a pair of awesome jeans, I was in and out of AE in 23 minutes, and Target provided me with the most amazing parking space. Needless to say, I'm in good spirits. Not even the sight of my atrocious room can bring me down.

So, I have rewarded myself with a candy bar. A wonderful concoction of goodness. No fat worries, no pimple worries. Just the pure bliss of chocolate and caramel.

It's been far too long.
