"all gussied up"

August 09, 2003
lots to tell.

last night was..ummm..exciting. it started to turn out to be another "jeremy surprise" because katie didn't show up for the longest time...but oh, we got her back for that one. water balloons. yep. about 18 of them...all aimed at her. it was a priceless moment. the party in itself was a success i'd have to say..thanks in large part to the cake makers (lara and i) and katie's family. and oh yes, sean paul. there is no party without sean paul.

this morning i got up bright and early to go to church with jeremy. and by early i mean 9am. thats early when you don't go to sleep until 3am...AMP energy drinks...it's where it's at. church was amazing. i was 'this close' to crying the whole time. not out of embarrasment or shame, out of happiness. this is truly an unexplainable day. much to my great delight, jeremy has invited me to go again. and i have said yes because i feel there is much, much room for me to grow as a person...and being in that church today with people greeting me "happy sabbath" made me feel so nice. ah, religion.

next week it's "creepin up on austin peay" weekend as we HEAD OFF TO CLARKSVILLE! yee-hah! katie leaves on thursday *tear* and so a few of us are heading up there to join her for friday night in her new dorm. this should get interesting...
